The hotel's location was convenient as it was near 7/11 and many restaurants. the hotel app and handy were both useful tools when exploring the city. the room service kept the rooms clean and tidy.
Communication was difficult with the staff due to their limited English proficiency, which made it challenging to make requests or ask for help.

Had an amazing Christmas stay in this hotel! the location couldn't be better, with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. We also loved the handy device provided in the room, which we used to easily navigate the city and find new places to explore. the hotel app was a great help in planning our itinerary.
The size of the room and the bed, which were both quite small. Being taller, it was a bit of a struggle to fit in the shower.

The location of the hotel was fantastic for our romantic escape. We were just a short walk from all the restaurants and cafes we wanted to explore. Additionally, having a convenience store nearby for quick snacks and drinks was extremely convenient. We also loved that there was a spa and sauna on-site, it was the perfect way to wind down after a busy day.
The bed in our room was a bit too firm for our liking, and the room itself was quite small. We also had some trouble communicating with the staff as they didn't speak much English, but they were still friendly and tried their best to help us. the negatives were minor compared to the wonderful experiences we had while exploring the city.

Exceptional area in Kokubuncho. Convenient location near 7/11 and restaurants. Handy in the room for GPS and Google Maps. Helpful hotel app for navigation and shopping. Great location near train station. Staff went above and beyond with limited English. Comfortable and clean rooms. Good room service
